As the President and owner of Lanterra Properties, an active leader in my church, a husband, father and grandfather my time is very important to me. Jerry,

I wanted to write to you and tell you what a wonderful experience it has been working with your agency. From the beginning, when I really didn’t know so much, everyone in your office was so patient and friendly and you don’t know how much I appreciate that.

There were (are) so many problems, guidelines, etc. and I’m sure it is very difficult for your agency to deal with. I know that everyone in your office lives by the Golden Rule and it is nothing for anyone there to be courteous, but it really is rare to deal with such a nice group of people. I especially love the fact that you and I can talk on a personal level as well, and I feel like I’ve found a friend.

For several years we had our homeowners insurance policy with Allstate. We were happy with the policy and service until suddenly we received our renewal notice for 2003 and were shocked that the normal cost of our policy had more than doubled and was now over $2500.00! We had coverage with Allstate for over thirty years and never had a claim. We were out to dinner later that week and mentioned our Allstate shock to our friends.
